Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of Desi Ghee, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for defective, damaged, or wrong products.
To claim a refund, you must share order number, pictures of the damaged item, and proof of purchase at our support email.
Once your request is verified, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
Exchanges
In case of receiving a wrong item, we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
